Allan Packer

As Process Controller at TRILITY, Allan has been responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as their associated networks, for more than 10 years. His hands-on expertise, along with extensive knowledge and practical skill, has enabled him to perform his duties as the Operational Firefighter and as the Trainer and Assessor with the well-renowned metropolitan Fire Service in South Australia.

Combining Allan’s in-field competencies makes him a skilled operator trainer within the TRILITY Training Services team, where he can share his practical knowledge with students.

Heath Thompson

Heath has worked in the water industry for over 35 years in various capacities, including electrical fitter, water treatment plant operator, and trainer. Specialising in a range of disinfection courses, he brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the courses he delivers.

Heath has been instrumental in developing TRILITY’s training capabilities over the past two decades, making him an asset to students and clients alike.

John Mills

For over 30 years, John has gained extensive experience and expertise
in all facets of the water and wastewater industry, encompassing extraction, treatment, delivery, testing, reporting, and compliance.

He is a qualified Industrial Chemist and has been involved in analysing materials from a variety of industrial applications with a specialisation
in water and wastewater quality for water service providers. Having experience in these areas enables advising on compliance with the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines, State Acts and Regulations,
as well as quality documentation in accordance with
ISO9001, ISO14000, and ISO17025.

Delivering training enables John to utilise his extensive knowledge, water sector insight, and real-world experience, and he is keen on passing the knowledge and skills he has developed during his career into the training delivery area.

Michelle Eames

As the Sales and Training Coordinator, Michelle is a highly motivated professional and is known for her strong focus on customer service. She brings valuable expertise in contract management and scheduling, creating organised, client-focused solutions that support both operational success and positive customer experiences.

This expertise has been developed over a decade through similar customer-centric roles. Michelle also has a passion for education and continuous learning, making her a great asset to the team.

Stephen Wilson

Stephen has extensive experience in the development and delivery of the units and qualifications from the National Water Training Package, specialising in water and wastewater treatment, laboratory testing and process monitoring. As an industrial chemist, Stephen has successfully managed the safe handling of chemicals for 30 years.

In addition to providing training services for TRILITY, he has also been proud to manage training activities as the director of Water Industry Training Consultants, based in Geelong, Victoria.

Diane Psaila

Diane has had a varied and rewarding career as an administration officer within the field of education. She has over 10 years of experience working within the dynamic environment of Registered Training Organisations. The dedication of team participation and collaboration in providing a compliant and quality service to all stakeholders is what Diane describes as service excellence. In turn, shaping the future workforce and supporting industry growth.

Having achieved qualifications in training and assessment, auditing, and work, health, and safety, teamed with her experience, Diane is proud to be a part of TRILITY Training Services in her role as Administration and Reporting Officer.

James Lawes (Jimmy)

Jimmy has over 16 years of experience in the water treatment industry as a trade-qualified Fitter and Turner. He has been working as a service technician in water and wastewater treatment, focusing on chemical dosing, gas chlorination and installation of plant and equipment.

Delivering training to water and wastewater operators enables Jimmy to utilise his water sector insight and real-world experience, and he is eager to pass on the extensive knowledge and skills he has developed during his career. Jimmy is a proud member of the TRILITY Training Services team.

Kimberley Kerby (Kim)

Kim maintains the highest level of accountability for compliance, HSE, and QA obligations, having done so throughout her 15+ year career as a dedicated Leading Hand Plumber, Site Supervisor, and multi-site Project Manager within the pipeline construction industry.

She brings with her a reputation for deep knowledge and meticulous attention to the National Construction Code, as well as relevant Acts, Australian Standards, and State and National Legislation, to achieve quality project outcomes with a focus on safety first.

As a qualified plumber, Kim complements the teams of Engineering, Environmental and Scientific, Operations and Management, and Training, with her knowledge and expertise. Her knowledge and expertise cover construction and maintenance of the piping network for delivery from catchment to tap and back, by the local authority encompassing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices in accordance with the respective Water Acts, the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) and the Australian Guidelines for Water Recycling (AGRW).

Tayyaba Sultana

Tayyaba is an experienced quality and compliance expert in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, with over 12 years of experience working across various facets of the industry.

As a versatile professional, Tayyaba has developed a strong reputation for her expertise in guiding RTOs through complex processes, from initial start-up to ensuring ongoing compliance. Her passion lies in helping organisations navigate the challenges of establishing and maintaining a successful RTO, making her an invaluable asset to organisations looking to grow in the VET sector. Tayyaba holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is committed to continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of changes in the VET landscape.

Throughout her career, Tayyaba has gained a comprehensive understanding of the Registered Training Organisations (RTO) operations, having worked in multiple roles—from Trainer and Assessor to managing the compliance operations of an RTO and consulting for a wide range of organisations.
