Allan Packer

As Process Controller at TRILITY, Allan has been responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of water, wastewater treatment plants and associated networks for more than 10 years. His hands-on expertise along with extensive knowledge and practical skill have enabled him to perform his duties as the Operational Firefighter and as the Trainer and Assessor with the well-renowned metropolitan Fire Service in South Australia.

Heath Thompson

As a Training Services Leader at TRILITY, Heath has been involved in delivering external training while actively participating in internal training requirements. His role also includes the verification process of competency documentation.

John Hooper

John completed a Mechanical and Production Engineering apprenticeship and then joined Thames Water PLC (UK) as a Water and Wastewater Equipment Service Technician, specialising in the installation and maintenance of Liquefied Gas Chlorination Systems, Chemical Dosing Systems, and associated Monitoring and Control Instruments. John has extensive application knowledge and technical experience with Liquefied Chlorine Gas Systems, Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment, and On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation. He has written papers and delivered presentations on these subjects.

James Lawes

James has extensive knowledge and technical skill in chemical dosing systems within the water and wastewater infrastructure for well-renowned clients as well as regional councils across the states. He is passionate about passing on his extensive knowledge and skill to the learners within the TRILITY training team.

John Mills

As the Foundation Educator at Water Industries Operation/TAFE Queensland, John has been training to utilise his extensive knowledge and industry competency. He is very keen on passing his vast knowledge and skills achieved over years towards the training delivery area.

Kimberley Kerby

Kimberley maintains the highest level of accountability for Compliance, HSE and QA obligations and has done so over her 10+ year history as a dedicated Leading Hand Plumber, Site Supervisor and multi-site Project Manager within the pipeline construction industry.

She brings with her a reputation for deep knowledge and meticulous attention to the National Construction Code as well as the relevant Acts, Australian Standards, and State and National Legislation to achieve quality project outcomes with a focus on safety first.  

As a qualified plumber, Kimberly compliments the teams of Engineering, Environmental and Scientific, Operations and Management, Legal, and Training, with her knowledge and expertise in the construction and maintenance of the piping network for delivery from the raw water to the water and to the wastewater treatment plants by the local authority encompassing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point  (HACCP) practices in accordance with the Qld Water Act and the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG).

Marty Hancock

Marty has over 25 years of experience in the water and education sectors. For 12 years, he led an operations team for a local government utility. He has a strong health and safety focus and is committed to developing and mentoring individuals and teams to reach their full potential. He has led and managed teams operating, maintaining, upgrading and commissioning a substantial portfolio of water, wastewater and recycled water treatment plants, as well as catchment assets.

Marty has a particular focus on water quality assurance and treatment process optimisation. He has combined his educational experience with the industry's need for highly qualified and experienced operators and has been instrumental in developing operator resources and training operators for the water industry. Currently, Marty works as a Research Manager with Water Research Australia, where he manages projects on water, wastewater and recycled water processes, catchment management and water quality.

Sultana Mazumber

As the RTO Administrator and Compliance Manager, Sultana has 15 years of experience in training organisations. Sultana is passionate about the learners’ experience through the enrolment and learning journey while ensuring that our training is compliant and continually improving.

Stephen Wilson

Stephen has extensive experience in the development and delivery of the units and qualifications from the National Water Training Package specializing in water treatment, wastewater treatment, laboratory testing and process monitoring. Being an industrial chemist, Stephen has successfully managed the safe handling of chemicals for 30 years. He has been proudly managing training activities as the director of Water Industry Training Consultants Pty. Ltd. based in Geelong, Victoria.
